Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more, worked out after any discount code. Below that it is $25, including GST. EXPRESS DELIVERY is a paid option at $25 on any order, including one over the free threshold.

Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then take up to 7 working days by tracked courier. Express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and then take 3 to 5 working days.

Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.

It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.

Yes, within 15 days of delivery. Send the item back unused and in its original packaging with your proof of purchase, and you get your money back. The return postage is yours on a change of mind; nothing else is charged.

Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.

Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a shopping centre.
