Clearance Warehouse | Factory Clearance Sale | Warehouse Stock Clearance

We are an online clearance warehouse, so what we can offer changes with what we can buy. This is the short version of how that works, what it means for the price you pay, and where the limits are.

Where the stock comes from

Surplus inventory, closeout runs, discontinued lines and liquidation stock. It is new goods that a manufacturer or a distributor needs to move, usually because a line has been replaced, a run was over-produced, or a retailer cancelled. None of it is used and none of it is seconds.

Why the price is lower

Two reasons, and neither of them is a trick. The stock is bought at a clearance price rather than at a standard trade price. And there is no retail shop front here, so there is no shop rent, no shop staff and no store fit-out sitting on top of the item.

What that means for availability

A clearance line is a finite quantity. When it is gone we cannot always get more of the same thing, and we will not pretend otherwise by leaving a page up that cannot be filled. If a size or a colour matters to you, it is worth ordering it rather than waiting.

Reading a listing here

Every specification on a product page is the one the supplier publishes for that item. Where a figure is not published, the page says so and invites you to ask, rather than borrowing a number from a similar product. That is deliberate: a plausible specification you cannot stand behind is worse than an honest gap.

Delivery and what it costs

Delivery is free all over Australia on orders of $75 or more, and $25 including GST below that. Standard orders are dispatched within 2 working days and then delivered in up to 7 working days by tracked courier; express orders are dispatched within 1 working day and then take 3 to 5 working days. A tracking number is emailed when the parcel actually ships.

If you change your mind

We accept change of mind returns within 15 days of delivery, for unused items in their original packaging. The return postage is yours on a change of mind and nothing else is charged; a damaged, faulty or wrong item is replaced or refunded at our cost, including the return postage. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. The refunds and returns page sets out the whole policy.

What is a clearance warehouse?

A clearance warehouse is a retail outlet or online shop that sells heavily discounted stock. That stock is overstock, end-of-line runs, discontinued models, or items whose packaging is imperfect while the goods inside are not. The quality is generally the same as the retail-priced version. The price is not.

Why shop at a clearance warehouse

Whether you are buying for yourself, your home or your business, a well stocked clearance warehouse is worth knowing about for four reasons.

The discounts are real, because the stock was bought at a clearance price and there is no shop front behind it.

The range rotates. Across garden, home, tools, bedding, car, kids, health, office and drinkware, what is here this month is what could be bought this month.

Bulk quantities are available and are quoted per order through the wholesale page rather than published as a trade list.

Buying overstock keeps usable stock out of landfill, which is a real thing that happens to unsold inventory.

What makes a good factory clearance sale

Not all clearance events are the same. The ones worth your time update stock often rather than showing you the same page for a year, describe condition and packaging plainly, run a secure checkout, and publish a returns policy that does not change depending on who asks.

How to spot the best warehouse stock clearance deals

Read the description properly. Where a figure is not published for an item, the page says so rather than guessing, and you can ask us before you buy.

Look at the multi-buy options. Several lines here are sold as packs at a lower price per unit than the single.

Check the dimensions before you order. Size is the most common reason for a return, and a change of mind return costs you the postage back.

Top categories in this clearance warehouse

Around the home: bathroom and bedroom fittings, storage, safety rails and everyday household lines.

Garden and garden edging: levelling rakes, lawn aerators, augers, steel and plastic edging, and the tools to set it.

Tools: edgers, cultivators, spreaders, impact tools and hand tools.

Bed linen: sheet sets, comforters, silk pillowcases and mattress protection.

Car accessories, for children, health and beauty, the office, and shatterproof drinkware.

Best practice when buying from a warehouse clearance store

Check the dimensions. Look at the photographs, which are every photograph we hold for that item. And do not wait too long on a line you want: a clearance quantity is finite and often cannot be repeated at the same price.

Common myths about warehouse clearance products

That it is poor quality. Most of it is overstock or a discontinued model, not a defect.

That it cannot be returned. This store takes change of mind returns for 15 days from delivery, and the terms are on the refunds and returns page.

That you have no protection. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, whatever the price was. We do not publish a manufacturer warranty period unless the supplier publishes one.

How to find warehouse stock clearance online

Look for transparency: product condition and images should be accurate and clear. Look for a secure, encrypted checkout. And look for categories you can actually navigate, rather than one undifferentiated list.

Who shops at clearance warehouses

Households furnishing a room, tradespeople buying tools, and small businesses buying for resale. The wholesale page exists for the third group.

Clearance and waste

Buying from warehouse stock clearance means usable products are sold rather than thrown away, which saves money and saves the goods.

Where value and variety meet

A clearance warehouse offers more than markdowns. It is a way to buy quality goods for less. Whether you are after home goods, garden tools, bedding or something for the car, clearance stock lets you spend less and get more.

Ask before you order

If you are not sure whether a line suits the job you have in mind, ask. It is a short email and a great deal easier than sending something back. You can reach us at theteam@clearancewarehouse.net.au.
