Disclaimer

Last updated 21 October 2026. This page is reviewed periodically; if anything here is unclear, ask us before you order.

This Disclaimer applies to clearancewarehouse.net.au, operated by Clearance Warehouse Australia, a division of BuyFactory Direct Pty Ltd ("we", "us" or "our"). It does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

General information only

The content on this site is general information about the products we sell. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but specifications, prices and availability can change, and clearance lines can sell out.

Product descriptions and images

We describe each product as accurately as we can. Colours and finishes can look different on different screens, and suppliers sometimes change packaging. Where a supplier does not publish a specification such as a material, a size or a weight limit, the product page says so rather than estimating one.

Using and fitting products

Any guidance on this site about using or fitting a product is general. Homes, gardens and surfaces differ, so check that a product suits your situation before you use or install it, and follow the supplier's instructions. Where a job involves electrical work, plumbing or working at height, use someone qualified.

Health and wellbeing products

Some products we sell are for personal care or comfort. Information about them is general and is not medical advice. If you have a health condition, talk to a doctor or other health professional before using them.

External links

This site may link to websites we do not control. Those links are there for convenience only, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any external site.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information on this site. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits or excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. See also our Limited Liability Indemnity and Terms & Conditions.
